Rochester, Minnesota 📍 also known as “RocTown” is home to some young Somali hotheads & Don Tooly happens to be one of them. The city of Rochester is where he grew up alongside a group of friends whom he considers to be his brothers. These men have recently had multiple run ins with law enforcement and are very well known to officials in the city. Most of these men are currently behind bars and are awaiting trial for crimes they did NOT commit. The content on this page is the result of a kept promise that was made to those innocent men & to make sure the whole world hears their voice/feels their pain.
