Inspirations from many genres from Hip-Hop to Neo-Soul, Donnie Boy continues to grow within his craft to find that “sound” . What makes Donnie ... Donnie. Just like how what makes your favorite artist, your favorite artist. Starting from producing in his sophomore year in Eagle Academy II, located in Brooklyn, NY, his love for music has grown to become his passion in life. Continuing to being consistent and growing as a producer/artist, he promises to always put his best foot forward in everything he does.

His first project, “4 The Thoughts”, released in 2019, was a huge step forward for the artist. As that was his first step to have the confidence within himself to continue to showcase his sound to the public. That later followed up with the his first full length 2020 album release, “SOONER THAN YOU THINK”, with standout songs like “Wrestlemania”, “Minute Maid”, and “Black Diamonds”. In 2023, following a slew of features, connections, and a local buzz surrounding the artist , he released his anticipated 2nd album in May of 2024, “NEVER WAS THE SAME”

The following was his eccentric “BABY LOVE 1” ; a fusion of hip hop and the sounds of the alternative rock scene of the 90’s. The second and most recent release, the grit smashing “BETWEEN THE OCEAN”
