DoomzDay The Headless Horseman is a Hip Hop and Rap artist who sometimes dabbles in RnB to create tracks with conscious lyrics that complement raw melodies in each composition. Music, for this artist, is less about his individual stories and more about the collective struggles that various people face in the world. That, however, does not mean that his music only serves to highlight problems; instead, it presents positive solutions that can possibly inspire others or, at the very least, put a smile on their faces.
DoomzDay’s self-determined expectation from his music stems from the feeling that this art form gave him when he was growing up. Music was and has been therapeutic for him because it allowed him to resonate with others’ perspectives on life and provided him an outlet to share his thoughts. Thus, he aims to try and help others feel that same sense of hope and motivation through his work.
The artist is currently based in Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton(A.B.E.), Pennsylvania, but he was born in Maryland and resided in various parts of the country. The result of that was that he learned to view life and peoples’ experiences within them from different perspectives. Not all people were the same, and that understanding helped him shape his music to be more relatable and enjoyable to a wider audience.
DoomzDay has, of course, performed live several times, and each moment was filled with energy and had lots of interaction with the crowd.
