Dorm Patrol is like a pop-punk tornado, with hooks so catchy they'll stick in your brain for weeks! Their riffs are fast, heavy, and totally mind-blowing. Inspired by those iconic albums from the late 90s, but with a cooler production, these guys know how to rock your world!
Hailing from Strömstad in Sweden, the band is made up of Max Dahlby on vocals and guitar, Johan Olsson on lead guitar, Anton Hognert on bass, and Simon Olsen tearing it up on the drums.
Since their formation in 2010, Dorm Patrol has been tearing up stages and melting faces. They've released two killer albums, "Big Apple 3 A.M" (2013) and "Alleycat Blues" (2015), named after the first two levels of the legendary Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game "Turtles in Time." Can you guess what their third album will be called? 😉 They've even rocked out at major festivals like West Coast Riot and Groezrock, and shared the stage with legends like All Time Low, Sum 41, and Millencolin!
These guys were raised on a steady diet of skateboarding, MTV shows (even the crappy ones), and the epic music of that era. Nothing beats the sound of a song on VHS with skateboarding noises in the background, right? 🛹
Their latest track, "Skate and Die," is all about those epic nights skateboarding under the city lights, hanging out with friends, and pushing each other to the limit. It's got the perfect blend of bounce, pop, and speed that captures the essence of skateboarding and pop-punk. Get ready to shred!
