Dos Fresco

Dos Fresco, Spanish for Two Fresh, is a young, energetic, rap duo hailing out of Kentucky. This team is composed of Mr. P.O.L.O. and J-Von They began collaborating while attending Christian County Middle School together. The cousins had experienced a temporary split while J-Von, military son, was located in Hawaii, as Mr. P.O.L.O. held down the shop in Kentucky. When J-Von came home for Christmas vacation in December 2009, they decided they should join forces and become a duo together. After that it all started happening so fast. They recorded half of their first mixtape within two days and that next week they were on their way to Atlanta to meet with possible managers. The deal didn't go as they planned and they got out of contract just as quick as they got in. While J-Von was in Hawaii and Mr. P.O.L.O. was still in Kentucky, the duo continued to grind. This distance challenge only strengthened their resolve to work harder. Thanks to today's modern technology, they continued to work on their upcoming project with amazing results. Mr. P.O.L.O. and J-Von are bringing their talent and enthusiasm to the mainstream and look forward to sharing their passion and love of music through rap. Representing today's youth and constantly thinking outside the box, they are the epitome of 'Fresh', and will continue to bring new lyrics and beats to the public!
