*THIS ARTIST HAS LEFT SPOTIFY IN PROTEST OF ITS BUSINESS PRACTICES, USE OF AI, AIDING AND ABETTING WAR AND GENOCIDE, AND MEDDLING WITH MILITARY GIANTS SUCH AS HELSING.*
Heavily inspired by the sound signatures of Burial, Stumbleine, QUIET BISON and James Blake, dotLua is an experiment that fuses lush soundscapes, harsh beats and glitchy synths, all with a Future Garage atmosphere attached to them. As of their most recent album, What it Takes to Get There, inspiration from Ghostek's Random Memories LP is also very much present. Stuck in permanent dissociation, Lua is very much a bodyless artist, and manifests music that represents just that, a longing for more, music that tries its best to be something it can't be, forever in delirium.
