Dr Rajnandini

Rajnandini, born in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh, embarked on her musical journey at age 7 under the guidance of Dr. Pushplata Chaturwadi. Excelling in academics, she topped her university studies and pursued M.A. & M.Phil in Hindustani Classical Music from Delhi University, earning accolades and a UGC Fellowship Award. Her research on the spiritual facets of music under Prof. Sushil Kumar Saxena further enriched her understanding. Training under luminaries like Ustad Iqbal Ahmed Khan and Pandit Birju Maharaj, she honed her craft. Presently, under Vidushi Uma Garg, she explores the nuances of Kirana Gharana. Rajnandini's performances, renowned for their meditative depth, have enthralled audiences worldwide, including memorable concerts in Europe and India. Alongside her performances, she imparts her knowledge through lecture demonstrations and teaching sessions in Barcelona, Spain, nurturing the next generation of musicians. Rajnandini's journey epitomizes dedication, talent, and a profound love for Indian classical music, establishing her as a cherished ambassador of this rich cultural heritage.
