Dramamama was formed in 2008 with the intention to bring some rock & roll into the heavily pop oriented Estonian music scene. Founded by singer Mikk Tammepõld, guitarist Laur Joamets & bass guitarist Viljar Norman, the band has since released three studio albums: Dramamama (2009), VIP (2012) & Uphill Battle (2020). After the bands guitarist Laur Joamets who moved to the States in 2013 to play in the Grammy-winning Sturgill Simpson’s band (now in Drivin N Cryin, LORE) have given occasional live performances and recorded an album in Nashville. After years being on an off on hiatus mode, Dramamama returns to the live stages with a new lineup with Jörgen Pakkas on guitar & Jeremia Kangas on drums.
