Dreamer, the experimental synth-pop act based out of El Paso, TX, combines elements of pop, R&B, electronica, and even indie rock to create a unique sound that is undeniably idiosyncratic in its sonic palette. Lyrically, with a focus on social circumstances and how they have affected her reality, Dreamer writes big emotions that are immediately evident of her unique experiences.
Her intimate yet simultaneously powerful vocal delivery, over a background of off-kilter pop production, does not follow expectation—while you’ll have to listen to her to truly understand what that means, she remains immediately accessible as a fascinating and engaging listening experience.
All of Dreamer’s music is self-produced with the help of one other co-collaborator, Austin North.
