Andrew Ferguson, known as "Druid Indigo," is a multi-genre artist, and the Founder & CEO of Vybes Community Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to giving creatives a platform and serving the community through outreach events and programs. Druid draws inspiration from influential hip-hop artists like Kid Cudi, Andre 3000, Kanye West, Mac Miller, B.o.B, Kendrick Lamar, Ab-Soul, and The Underachievers. Druid is also very heavily influenced by eclectic acts such as Radiohead, Bon Iver, Sufjan Stevens, and his favorite artist Björk. He is deeply moved by Björk’s unwavering self-expression, Kid Cudi’s emotional authenticity, Andre’s insightful lyricism, and Kanye’s ever evolving genre bending production/artistry. Druid prioritizes authenticity and innovation approaching music experimentally blending Hip Hop, Indie Music, Psychedelia, Folk, & Spoken-Word Poetry.
Despite facing a near-death experience back in 2017, with on going health issues Druid’s determination to pursue his dreams and help others through his creativity only grew stronger.
In 2022, he connected with fellow creatives JXVE, Thrizzy, and Outrspace_Aki, who mentored him and played a pivotal role in co-founding Vybes Community Inc. in the summer of 2024. With a focus on community and self-expression, Druid Indigo continues to develop and shape his artistry while giving back through community outreach.
