Four high school mates playing music, together forming Drunk Substitute, an alternative rock band born out the inner suburbs of Melbourne, Australia.
Drunk Substitute consists of Ike Sugg on guitar and lead vocals, Liam Corbett on guitar and keys, Alex Calia on drums and Itsara Lee on bass. The band draws inspiration from the likes of the <a href="spotify:artist:7jy3rLJdDQY21OgRLCZ9sD" data-name="Foo Fighters">Foo Fighters</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:1yaf2CGmvYuUIyrsL0GZOV" data-name="Ammonia">Ammonia</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:6Ghvu1VvMGScGpOUJBAHNH" data-name="Deftones">Deftones</a>, but ultimately forms their own sound, combining sparkly clean chords and soft vocals with thick, distorted riffs and explosive drumming.
