Druv Kent is regarded among the world’s leading indie composers and singer-songwriters, recording in both English & Hindi. His 2015 debut made him the 1st Asia-based artist on BBC Radio 2, and, since then, had a number of songs go viral, get on the US Top 20, won music awards, had songs hit #1 on the World Indie and Euro Indie Music Charts, and had his music licensed to Amazon Prime.
Druv fuses Indian elements into soulful and organic English compositions, with lyrics rich in nuanced themes. Kent has worked with leading global record producers in the UK, Sweden and Nashville, who have worked in turn with John Mayer, Ronan Keating, Manic Street Preachers, Ace of Base, Dr Alban, Saade, Emma Anderrson, Lambretta, and Melanie C.
Kent has composed & sung for Bollywood, written what has been ranked as a Top 10 ranked Hindi patriotic song of all time, composed India’s World Cup cricket music anthem, and is working in parallel on collab projects in the UK, Nashville and Mumbai. The Druv Kent Band have performed across the UK, Europe, Dubai, HK & India and headlined a range of A-grade international festivals, private shows and Singapore’s biggest venues.
“Love in F#” is Kent’s 4th EP, after his 5-song “Don’t Burn Away” EP in 2020/21, 2-song Hindi EP in 2019, and debut 10-song “About Time” album in 2015.
