I’m David J, a Maltese-born songwriter, producer and vocalist based in Devon, UK. I started Dualarity back in 2021 as a way to blend everything I love about synthpop, synthwave, dream pop and modern pop into something that feels both nostalgic and fresh.
As the voice behind Dualarity, you’ll mostly hear me singing on the tracks, but I also pop up as a featured vocalist on electronic and synthwave tunes by other artists from time to time. I’m all about chasing that mix of emotion and atmosphere, stuff that hits you in the chest but still gets your head nodding.
