DuceyDaPhatom (Timothy L. Bellamy Jr.) is a rising rap artist and accomplished audio engineer from North Florida. With a relentless work ethic and a passion for sound, he continues to build his legacy through projects ,that reflects his growth, authenticity, and creative vision.

Ducey discovered his gift early—teaching himself audio engineering and music production at just 16 years old. What started as a self-driven curiosity grew into a lifelong mission. Today, he stands as the Founder and CEO of 92 Records LLC, an independent label built on hustle, authenticity, and vision.

Music runs deep in his bloodline. Ducey’s grandfather, the late Chuck Roberson, was a respected figure in Southern soul, and growing up in that environment instilled in him an enduring love for performance, legacy, and sound. His earliest spark came from watching Michael Jackson, and over the years he’s drawn inspiration from a wide range of iconic artists—fueling a sound that is distinct, marketable, and unforgettable.

Guided by the pillars of faith, family, and financial freedom, Ducey creates music with purpose. His energy resonates in every verse, and his voice leaves a lasting impression. After honing his craft at Sanford-Brown College in Tampa, FL, he furthered his education at Full Sail University, graduating at the top of his class in Audio Production with a 3.33 GPA. Each year, he continues to elevate his artistry—bringing fans new sounds while inspiring the next generation of creators.
