Dudley Slang

Inspired by Chicago House and the Punk Funk movement, Dudley Slang aka DJ Reyz is a true OG of France’s ghetto club music scene. A multi-hyphenate artist—producer, DJ, vocalist, graffiti writer, and breakdancer—he founded a legendary recording studio in Paris’ 19th district where rap, funk, and house music echoed around the clock.

His first official release as Dudley Slang dates back to 2004 with “The Uncatchable” alongside DJ Deeon and Stacy Kidd on Dirty Musik. But it wasn’t until 2014 that he dropped his debut solo EP, Kaïra City House Music, on Moveltraxx—a six-track hybrid of house, techno, and ghetto sounds, followed by a sequel in 2016 featuring a remix from the iconic Parris Mitchell.

When he's not exhibiting at the Institut du Monde Arabe or designing pieces for Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, his music is making waves alongside names like Armand Van Helden, Teklife, and Patrick Topping. Supported by the likes of The Blessed Madonna, Traxman, Lauren Flax, and Yazzus, Dudley continues to push boundaries.

His new Kaïra City Traxx project compiles standout compilation cuts, official remixes (including Paul Johnson, DJ Earl, and Crookers), collaborations, and previously unreleased gems from one of Moveltraxx’s most storied artists.
