She is the founder of B.C. Production, producing music with social themes and positive messages. The music video "Mặt Trời Vẫn Tới Mỗi Ngày" by Dung Trần and her team won two important nominations of the Mai Vàng Award: "MV of the Year" and "Song of the Year" and was honored as the Most Outstanding Work in 2018. In the "Mặt Trời Vẫn Tới Mỗi Ngày" project, Dung Tran took on four roles as producer, song co-writer, scriptwriter, and project manager.
She is also an ambassador accompanying UNESCO Vietnam in the project "Biosphere Reserve and Zero-waste Journey" and the Clean Up campaign of Xanh Vietnam.
