Moby Sade are siblings based in Jakarta, Indonesia who started their own duo. They started playing music together as a hobby. They both sing and play their own instruments, Moby with his guitar and Sade with her double bass and electric bass. After a while, they started making their own music as a way of expressing their feelings. They are young musicians who are slowly starting their career in the music industry.
Their releases include their first mini album “My Very Best Friend” (2019), and a few singles including “Clouds of Grey” (2022) and “If I Could” (2023). They recently contributed in an official soundtrack album to the movie “Bangsatnya Cinta Pertama”. The album is called “Bangsatnya Cinta Pertama”. Through this album they got the chance to collaborate with legendary musicians with different musical backgrounds.
As very young musicians, they are very thankful for the chance they have had on performing on stage and making music along side well-known musicians such as Mocca, Dua Empat, Iwa K, Sir Dandy, Hezky Jo.
They have preformed as a duo on multiple stage that includes, Mocca Secret Show (2018), RRREC Fest (2019), Sofar Sounds Jakarta (2019), London Camden Regional Youth Music Festival (2020), Java Jazz Festival (2023). They have also been featured in a few known indonesia television channels such as, Kick Andy (2019), Indonesia Morning Show (2019), Hitam Putih (2019), Michael Tjandra Luar Biasa (2019), Sea Today News (2022).
