Duygu Tarhan started her violin education at the Istanbul State Conservatory in primary school and continued at Bilkent University Music and Performing Arts School, and graduated from Istanbul Anatolian Fine Arts High School. She discovered her passion for singing during choir lesson at high school and enrolled to Pera Fine Arts Musical Department to learn about the Broadway musicals she was interested in. After participating in the musical auditions of Tiyatro2, she gained stage experience with invaluable theater actors in Zeki Müren Musical and Jester under the direction of Nedim Saban, and graduated from Marmara University Music Education Department with a Singing Major. She studied singing and ensemble with Kevin Burke, a new school jazz vocal teacher at Hunter College in New York. She performed in concerts with the Hunter College Music Club Orchestra and performed in jazz clubs with city musicians. Duygu Tarhan continues her music career as a soloist in orchestras such as Pepe Crusi Quartet, Ricky Frod Orchestra, Istanbul Gelişim Orchestra, Rhapsody Orchestra, Aşkın Arsunan Blue Print Project / Jazzino Project, Garo Mafyan Turbulance Orchestra, Emir Ersoy Projecto Kubano, What Da Funk, Dolapdere Big Gang. She recently signed with Kenan Doğulu's label Doğulu Music and prepares to release her first EP.
