Dynasty
Dynasty are a 5 piece funk band from Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, made up of: Amy Bennett (Vocals), Ewan Barford-Hart (Drums), Holly Skerrett (Bass), Fabio Borrelli (Rhythm Guitar) and Aidan Harris (Lead Guitar). They blend old school disco bangers with new tight funk sets to create a unique and colourful sound.
They initially formed to play for their town’s laser light spectacular, however this exploded into a path they followed, of energetic gigs and keeping people dancing.
With the release of their debut single ‘Rhythm of the soul’ Dynasty are finding their sound with tight funky grooves and huge open choruses, spilling over with melodies to sing along to.
With the many venues played, Dynasty have grown to playing in front of audiences counting in the thousands. Not only at the Leighton Buzzard Light Show, but also opening at Ampthill Big Tent weekend as well as for ex-Radio 1 Dj Judge Jules.
