"The title "Zoo" also emerged from a post-ironic wordplay—“Zodiac–Zoo”—because each person represents an archetype, a certain type, and for me, is often associated with a mystical creature or animal.
It’s something that has been embedded in me since childhood. The more you study the world around you, the more you come to know yourself.
The further I went—writing, recording, rewriting, reflecting—the more I realized that Zoo is not just a post-ironic joke, but a complex metaphor.
We are all both observers and the observed—roles that constantly shift, whether we choose it or not, whether we act or not.
We know nothing beyond the limits of our own subjective perception—because everyone’s perception is unique.
Each of us watches others, but is also being watched in turn."
