Ebba Bergkvist & The Flat Tire Band

Led by the powerful vocals of Ebba Bergkvist, her band seamlessly blends heavy guitar riffs, raw garage rock and heartbreaking blues. Influenced by bands like <a href="spotify:artist:36QJpDe2go2KgaRleHCDTp" data-name="Led Zeppelin">Led Zeppelin</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:356c8AN5YWKvz86B4Sb1yf" data-name="Rival Sons">Rival Sons</a> the band creates an energetic fusion of ’70s rock and the modern soundscape. Formed in northern Sweden in 2017, the band debuted with the EP <a href="spotify:album:1cEi3j8OSmiyexSQQxjDmX" data-name="Alright">Alright</a> (2019) and followed up with the critically acclaimed debut album <a href="spotify:album:68ORalvWLfWuPTFBTaNb3G" data-name="Spilt Milk">Spilt Milk</a> (2020) with songs like <a href="spotify:album:5rCXqYbb77iPCANSFgJGZt" data-name="Better Off This Way">Better Off This Way</a> and <a href="spotify:track:2sWJpRnp16JT8ACh88IAwK" data-name="Princess In The Tower">Princess In The Tower</a>. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 years, the band continued to release follow-up singles, including the empowering track <a href="spotify:track:0PAsZF25fjAxYFonQjSDrX" data-name="Patience">Patience</a> on International Women’s Day 2021 featuring six other female rock singers. While 2023 came with a record deal, a Junior Blues Prize award and a week of recording in the legendary Silence Studio in Sweden, 2024 started off with a 10 date Spanish tour, followed up by the release of the band’s second studio album <a href="spotify:album:0ROm7oCuJlFBsU9nBJZlUR" data-name="Four Wings">Four Wings</a> (The Sign Records) featuring tracks like <a href="spotify:track:0IcANUMVuxdtYaynPBJdkK" data-name="Vice Versa">Vice Versa</a>, <a href="spotify:album:6lcl366cvDD40zg5NMs1Yy" data-name="Seasick">Seasick</a> and <a href="spotify:album:3TjcFMCFS6XXfTU0vM6EHg" data-name="The Pack">The Pack</a>. The band starts off the summer tour at Sweden Rock Festival and continues to play at various festivals and venues throughout the year. The band consists of Stockholmers Ebba Bergkvist, Björn Björnehult Korning, Adam Randolph, and Vasa-born Jonas Skeppar.
