echoing souls

"...Music in images, images in music, multi-layered conceptual interplay hinting at Baroque broadside ballads. This is how one could describe our new Czech project called ES ('echoing souls').

ES's work is based on a wide range of musical influences. Dušan Krejdl embraces a minimalist approach, composing everything on the miniature M8 sampler, which he accompanies with the French synthesizer Microfreak. The machine music motif is supplemented by live vocals and poetically atmospheric bass guitar riffs and bass chords..."
