Formada en 2005 en Jalisco México; Ectoplasma surge como banda exponiendo sonidos que van desde Death metal con un toque de Death Core con influencias que han motivado sus canciones a sonar con fuerza y poder llevar consigo letras que hablan de muerte, sangre, enfermedades, misterio, temas paranormales y guerras antiguas.
