Ed Please is Duarte Carvalho's new solo project. Duarte is a multi-awarded producer and songwriter that has already had 7 platinum and 6 gold records, of which “Faz Gostoso” stands out, re-recorded by Madonna and Anitta, No.
Duarte is half of No Maka, a project he created together with Emanuel Oliveira and with which he traveled a little throughout Europe.
With DNA and electronic roots very present in their sound since always, it is in a pandemic that the desire to return to pure electronic music and clubs arises. With a career spanning 19 years as a dj, Duarte was resident in some of the most iconic clubs in Portugal such as Paradise Garage, Queen’s, ABS, The Loft, with the opportunity to pass through the booth of houses such as Kremlin and Alcântara Club.
Ed Please is a tech house project and demonstrates all of Duarte's versatility as a producer, with a unique style and sound within the genre, distinguished by the strong presence of engaging synths and powerful basslines.
