What began with intimate sets in Manhattan soon transformed into a meteoric rise, launched by a breakout residency at Fire Island Pines’ iconic Pavilion nightclub at just 21 years old.
A pivotal moment in Martinez’s career came when he caught the attention of Grammy Award-winning DJ and producer Peter Rauhofer. Their relationship quickly evolved into a deep mentorship and close friendship, with Martinez becoming a resident DJ for Rauhofer’s legendary WORK! parties. Sharing the stage with his mentor at some of the country’s most influential events, Martinez soon became a staple of New York City nightlife—earning a reputation for his high-octane sets, remix prowess, and ability to ignite any crowd.
