Edward Chang is a violinist from Vancouver, BC. He began playing when he was 4 and achieved success at a young age. As a soloist, he performed Vivaldi's Spring with the Vancouver Youth Symphony at age 11 and Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto with the Cowichan Consort Orchestra at age 16. Edward passed the Grade 10 Royal Conservatory of Music exam at age 13. He has played with some of the world's top orchestras including the Vancouver Philharmonic, West Coast Symphony, and New Texas Symphony, regularly serving as soloist or concertmaster. Edward has recorded at some of the world's best studios including Abbey Road Studios in London. Edward's profession is in commercial real estate but hopes to become a full-time musician one day.
