Irini Toumbaki was born and raised in Rhodes, Greece.
In 2000 she started her studies in the National Conservatory which led to her diploma in contemporary music.
In 2007 she took the second prize in the famed music festival of Thessaloniki and followed it up with notable collaborations with fellow artists, composers, and lyricists.
In 2002 she started writing lyrics for film and television alongside her partner Marios Strofalis, a noted composer of soundtracks. This collaboration led to the creation of the song “Erotas Figas” created especially for the TV series of the same name, which Irini Toumbaki sang and also penned.
She has also recently released a new album titled “O Mistikos Kipos Me Ta Anthi Tou Kalou”.
