Ekta Rana is an authentic voice in contemporary Indian music, blending Bollywood, ghazals, ragas, and devotional songs. Her debut album Colours of Love (2025), produced by Kuljit Bhamra MBE, earned praise from the BBC for her “songbird” voice. A student of Ustad Mehboob Nadeem and Sushma Zaveri, Ekta Rana is lead vocalist of London’s annual concert “Ishwar” and part of Asian Arts Agency’s “Emerge 2” project (2025). “I often wonder if someone in the audience hears their own feelings in my song.
