Moises Cepeda, known as EL DJ MOE, is a Boston-based DJ, producer, and entrepreneur with deep roots in both community service and the music industry. Since 2002, he has been involved in street promotions, event planning, and mixtape distribution, building a foundation in grassroots marketing and urban music culture.
Today, Moises serves as a Housing Case Advocate at HomeStart, Inc., where he works directly with individuals and families experiencing homelessness, helping them secure stable housing and rebuild their lives.
Alongside his advocacy work, Moises is the creator of the artist AI-Quila and the writer behind all of its music. He is also the founder of Promociones Inc. (Record Label & Publishing Company), which focuses on authentic music production, artist development, and publishing. Through Fuerza 94.3 FM and Alcaliente TV, he continues to promote music, culture, and entertainment to audiences worldwide.
With over two decades of experience in both community work and entertainment, Moises represents the balance of empowering lives through service and energizing culture through music.
