El Kaissi Med-Amine

Med-Amine first began the guitar when he was 18 years old, when the strings of
an electric guitar pulled him to a passion he couldn’t back off from. He gradually grew
curious about other styles specifically after getting attached to Andy Timmons
instrumental rock style and his latter’s 90th anniversary ibanez concert. He then started
experimenting with various styles, from Neo Soul to Ballads to Fusion while getting his
inspiration from different guitar heroes such as Tom Quayle, Alex Hutchings, AL Di
Meola, Gary Moore , Jack Thammarat and Steve Lukather. He took lessons in 2017 and
to this day owes to his first teacher Luca Mantovanell who greatly believed in his skills
and helped him mold them to be as polished as possible. Through countless hours of
practice dedicated to creating a melodic and smooth style, Amine has produced his very
first single in 2019 titled “Never Let You Down” in collaboration with none other than Roy
Ziv, Jack Thammarat and Sébastien Zunino. Amine continues to grasp any opportunities
he stumbles upon to keep learning as much as he possibly can.
