Cuban-born Leandro Soriano started his life not so far away from his current home of Miami when he arrived in the US at age 10. Growing up in Santa Cruz, he fed a growing interest in music that had led to him freestyling on the city playgrounds, making it known to his family & friends that he had his mind already set on one thing: the very top.
The genreless young artist began dropping music in 2020 before recently teaming up with producer icekream to later accrue over 300K+ streams on independent releases, with an experimental approach to modern reggaetón by the time he turned 21.
Fitted with an old-school work ethic and a desire to continue growing, El Larra is getting ready to drop debut LP Santa Cruz, dubbed after the city where he was raised. Drawing inspiration from house, electronic, and classic perreo with roiling dembow beats, the ten-track collection is set to position him as one of El Movimiento’s most exciting new rising stars.
