Element 47 is a Seattle-based alternative Rock band, formed in 2016, composed by Marco Stella (guitar), Jay Greer (guitar), Bob Leonard (bass), Tyler Dustin (Lead vocals), Jason Thrillington (Drums). Element 47’s repertoire is inspired primarily by Seattle 90’s Alternative Rock and Grunge, with some additions from classic rock of the 70’s and 80’s. Element47 regularly performs in venues in the Seattle area and New York City, and has been active in fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer research and patient care, after their original singer and founding member Matt Bencke passed away on October 18th, 2017 at the age of 45, after a short battle with Pancreatic Cancer. In 2017, Element47 released their first original single “Beginning”. In 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, Element47 has been producing a series of “Jamming from Home” videos on their YouTube channel live.element47.band.
