Elena Tal is a professional singer and voice teacher. Acclaimed in publications including Hamodia and Mishpacha magazine, Elena is known for her "magnificent" and "angelic" voice, with an immense vocal range. She has dazzled audiences across the USA, around the world, on England's QE2, on TV and in a Hollywood movie (before becoming frum). Elena is highly regarded as one of the foremost voice teachers in the Jewish world today, with a Master’s degree in Vocal Performance, and an official member of the prestigious National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), which certifies her as teaching the "highest standards of the vocal art." Elena studied voice with top professors from The Juilliard School in NY, MA, MD and Europe. Elena performs concerts and shows – including the near 11,000 sold-out audience productions of Rachel's Place's "Encore," Ohel Sarala Bonei Olam concert, the Nexus World Summit Global event, the Nismach branch of Samchainu, Stardom Talent's Mary Poppins, Ruchama Begun's Regesh concert and in the worldwide broadcasts of both A Time For Talent and Miriam Handler’s One Voice Theatrical Fest. Elena also gives voice masterclasses and inspiring lectures sharing her story. Elena teaches students in-person and online in different states and countries, as well as teaching the first-ever professional voice classes at Bais Yaakov High School.
