Eli Kazah was born in Tel Aviv, Israel, to Indian-Jewish parents who immigrated to Israel. Her songs are always influenced by her childhood, using arrangements that combined authentic Middle Eastern percussion with Indian classical instruments. She’s also part of the artistic collective known as Buddha Sounds.
