Born and raised in London, Ontario, life-long musician and multi-instrumentalist Chris Rowan has channeled his inner emcee to bring you Eli The Prophet. After 3 1/2 years in hiphop, Eli has released his debut project “I’m Only Human” This 20 track mixtape combines the originally planned “Prophecy” EP as well as a full album worth of new material. The subject matter surrounds themes ranging from serious topics of societal change, motivational optimism and separating from organized religion, to more common themes in hiphop such as the grind of the industry, weed and women wrapped up in a technical display of wordplay, lyricism and swagger.
