Nigerian-based Emmanuel Elijah, known as Eljay (born June 7, 1995), is a seasoned artiste, soul singer & songwriter. He debuted with his heartfelt single "I Will Love Love" in 2019, dedicated to his late mother, and followed up with the captivating love anthem “Love Letter” in 2022, earning him a reputation for his Lover Boy swagger.
Eljay’s talent shone brightly as he emerged as one of the top 5 finalists in Nigerian Idol Season 6 & clinched first place in the inaugural Headies Mic Check hosted by Hiptv. After a brief hiatus, he has been diligently working on various projects behind the scenes. Notably, he participated in the 2022 edition of Quickteller Barz and Notes and performed at the recently concluded One Africa Music Fest in London.
