Ella Rossi’s singing career began at the ripe age of 9, when she got a taste of stardom after she made her first international television appearance for Italian network, RAI 1. Growing up, Ella listened to The Great American Songbook, including classic artists such as Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, and Billie Holiday. At the same time, she gravitated towards Pop listening to artists such as Ariana Grande, Sade, Jazmine Sullivan and Sabrina Claudio. This blend of velvet smooth Jazz and colorful infectious pop has culminated into Ella’s unique sound. After her two year hiatus, Ella is back with her new single, Linen, from her debut EP, Heart Eyes, which is set to release later this year.
The San Diego born, now Los Angeles based artist, grew up speaking Italian, French, and Spanish. At a very young age, she spent some months going to kindergarten in Colombia and has spent her summers growing up in Italy with her mother.
Ella’s latest single is a playfully flirtatious anthem. It begs the question “Can’t You Tell?” Collaborating closely with producer Gamal, who has produced and co-written her latest projects, their team work shows great potential to make a lasting impact. Ella brings a fresh perspective and a strong creative synergy that is sure to leave a long-lasting impression.
