Ella Williams recently became involved with the non-profit organization Spirit of Football, which unites soccer fans and players around the world to mobilize against global issues. Ella wrote “Still Running” as a new theme song for their upcoming campaign promoting climate action.
Every four years, the SOF team makes a journey around the world with a very special soccer ball, which, like the Olympic torch, becomes a symbol for unity and change. It kicks off from Battersea Park in London, and it’s destination is the Opening Ceremony of the Men’s and Women’s World Cup. Along the way, it unites people around a common call to action: “One Ball, One World”.
