Since their inception in 2019, the raging 3-piece "kaltakcore" ("bitchcore") band EMASKÜLATÖR has become notorious in the scene for their wild shows, parodic feminist lyrics, and fast-paced, blackened punk. Based in the Turkish capital Ankara, they gained a devoted following upon the release of their debut E.P. "Kezbanin Intikami" ("Kezban's Revenge") in the midst of the 2020 pandemic. Since then, they played at various festivals including the Fusion Festival in Germany, released some highly provocative music videos, and partook in numerous compilations, including but not limited to Lockjaw Records' "Black Lives Matter: A Punk Compilation" and Mass Prod's "Girlz Disorder Vol 3: An International Femipunk Compilation." Comprised of the members of the bands Literally Anything Before Bros, Secondhand Underpants, The Great Dreamer, and Skank, EMASKÜLATÖR continue to spread vengeful bitchblast against all odds in their Middle Eastern homeland and beyond.
