Formed during 2018 in Queens, New York, Emensia is an alternative rock band that fuses elements from pop punk, emo and post hardcore to bring forth an immense amount of energy and emotion. With heavily energetic riffs, powerful ballads, anthemic choruses, soaring highs and catchy melodies, along with lyrics inspired by the words “simple, yet meaningful”, their songs are ones to sing along to as they find a way to resonate with everyone who listens.

Following their debut EP, Redefinition, along with a driving new acoustic song “Circles”, Emensia’s back once again with an explosive new single “STAY/ALIVE” and a nostalgic take in “I Woke Up in a Dream Today” to signal the announcement of their sophomore EP, Summersleep. Written over the course of the pandemic, Summersleep is here to reinforce what it means to be simple, yet meaningful as it delves further into exploring the different aspects of mental illness and how it can affect the way we experience life. With their biggest influence and new friends in the legendary emo act The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus co-producing the new EP, Emensia is excited to share their new songs over the coming months, with the full release set for 2025.
