Emile tells stories for the senses. Originally from the sunny shores of Cape Town, South Africa, Emile is a contemporary singer-songwriter making melodies out of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Combining modern pop melodies with folksy lyricism, his influences range from such legends as Sting and Bob Marley to current hitmakers Lauv and Ed Sheeran. His guitar-driven songs harbour a groovy blend of rock, funk, blues and world music.
Orginally a cover artist, Emile is now in the throes of producing his first EP of originals. His seventh single, the groovy 'My Favourite Song', is out now!
