Emmanuel The Floet

Emmanuel Vanderpuye also recognized as “Emmanuel The Floet”, or “Thee Floet” is an Undrground Artist. Originally starting with Poetry and Spoken word he subsequently developed his name “Thee Floet” because of the uniquely, and creative way he Flows when he speaks. Born in Brooklyn, New York on October the 18th, 1994. Raised in Gastonia, North Carolina by two fearful immigrant parents. Whom instilled sheer determination and hustle principles in Thee Floet. He credits his older brother Walter for introducing him to Hip Hop/Rap, R&B and Neo soul, and his parents for playing the likes of Bob Marley to Teddy Pendergrass, Daddy Lumba and many more, which lead him to having such a well rounded background when it comes to music. In middle school he was a member of the band where he played the drums, he couldn’t read music but he could naturally play by ear. Fast forward to a Collegiate Football Career and earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in biology, he decided to not pursue Medical school after all and returned to his love and passion of writing poetry and music. Self taught artist and Engineer “Thee Floet” makes every piece from the heart with substance and a purpose to “Find Love Over Every Thing” As a millennial the trajectory of his plight is unknown but also very promising.
