Emmett Wheatfall

Emmett has performed as participating poet in the concert series "A Celebration of Poetry and Jazz," he has been commissioned to speak for colleges, the NAACP, made numerous radio appearances and done voice over recordings. Emmett was awarded a Project Grant from the Regional Arts and Culture Council in Portland, OR for "Them Poetry Blues."
