Endangered Poets

The Endangered Poets are a rap duo made up of Endangered Green and Endangered $hane. They both hail from northern Minnesota. Lilgreen from Grand Rapids, MN and Shane from Duluth,MN. Their debut EP <a href="spotify:album:4SG2a6OAFqoDkR9JwS0yLw" data-name="Cold Front">Cold Front</a> dropped in February 2015, while they were both attending Minneapolis Media Institute where they took courses in Audio Engineering and Music Production. As they were putting together demos they realized their talent for song writing and decided to keep working on new material. In 2018, the Poets teamed up with <a href="spotify:artist:1pce3bpR5HDjMKROvsO6CM" data-name="Wykeeta">Wykeeta</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:7bwZeCoiKyqF9ypOfaA8Ap" data-name="CyFi">CyFi</a> to release <a href="spotify:album:5P6YE5mtYrMPLbfNCURh98" data-name="That Fire">That Fire</a>! The Poets and <a href="spotify:artist:7bwZeCoiKyqF9ypOfaA8Ap" data-name="CyFi">CyFi</a> followed up with <a href="spotify:album:4v5fxx70c7aAfiRpvqPwQG" data-name="Way Too Much">Way Too Much</a>, another single released at the end of 2018 that appeared on “First Impressions” with Chaz Kangas on Go 95.3, one of Minnesota’s elite hip-hop radio stations! After that they finished their first full album “Northstar” produced by friend and classmate CyFi. They continued to write music and enjoy creating songs for all people that would listen.
