Enik is one of those artists who never wanted to fit into a genre box – and ended up finding his home precisely in the cracks between them. As a musician, producer and composer he has released over the past two decades on labels such as Wonder Records, EMI, !K7 and Trikont. He appeared on Funkstörung’s album Disconnected – in the company of artists such as Sarah Jay (Massive Attack) and Lou Rhodes (Lamb). At the same time, his compositions shape productions at institutions including the Munich Kammerspiele, Schauspielhaus Graz, Thalia Theater Hamburg and the Bavarian State Opera.
