Enya Magri

Born on the 8th March 2002, Enya has always been deeply attracted to music and singing in particular. As a result, she has taken part in several local and international music competitions.

At the age of 7, in 2009, she was chosen to participate in the 52nd edition of Zecchino D'Oro, on the back of her participation at the Verdinote International Festival where she performed the original song Cu Cu. In the next year, Enya travelled all over Europe.

After 2013 though, she took a break from music, and sought the assistance of Joshua Alamu, a world renowned vocal coach who has worked with the likes of Fleur East, Louisa Johnson and Little Mix to name a few.

She got back to it in her mid-teens, and worked on <a href="spotify:track:4llzWUQ6Cv1b6Ril9jGW85" data-name="Safe Haven">Safe Haven</a>; <a href="spotify:track:7qXyxlcjBQ1oSijC0HZUIj" data-name="Summer Lights">Summer Lights</a>, <a href="spotify:track:5zPzAt55FGsPPvlrLBWQph" data-name="Feelin&#39;">Feelin&#39;</a> and <a href="spotify:track:2ApAv0lVKRzFY0ZfQ3tjtu" data-name="Shame">Shame</a>, all produced by Cyprian Cassar with lyrics by Jody Magri, except for the former to which she wrote the lyrics to. <a href="spotify:track:2ApAv0lVKRzFY0ZfQ3tjtu" data-name="Shame">Shame</a>, was one of the finalists at the Malta Eurovision Song Contest. <a href="spotify:artist:5s94MRwO3CR07IgYv5ixdT" data-name="Enya Magri">Enya Magri</a>&#39;s debut in the event.

Following her participation in the Malta Eurovision Song Contest, Enya Magri sang <a href="spotify:album:7w6FhXBxD1hCI9Kt1yPRTJ" data-name="Love Me Like">Love Me Like</a> as one of the opening acts at the Isle of MTV Malta special; and then a mere 6 months later debuted in Mużika Mużika with <a href="spotify:track:2NnDAmioTi8CC2V4wJDidH" data-name="Verdett">Verdett</a>, a collaboration with Adrian &#39;Ir-Russu&#39; Brincat. Most recently, in 2024, Enya placed 3rd and won the public vote at Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza with <a href="spotify:album:4bF7MQeQIuiZpJq7OJthXT" data-name="Bizzilla">Bizzilla</a>, penned by Emil Calleja Bayliss and composed and produced by Philip Vella.
