The project ERADIUS was born in 2016 in the city of Verona out of the need of Richard Dylan Ponte (London, 1994) and Edoardo Gomiero (Verona, 1991) to express their own views through music.
Their unique set-up is inspired by Brighton's duo Royal Blood, while the genre goes towards that of RATM and Tool. Many other influences are present since the two have years of experience in bands other than rock.
The debut album is out since February 2018, with 12 hard-pounding songs and 3 music videos. The CD obtained many positive reviews:
M.I.E: "ERADIUS doesn't play music; they deliver Funky Martial Art punches. There are many potentials that cannot be hidden."
Rumore: "They have a good vision of music and experimentation [...] They can do interesting things"
Classic Rock: "[...] the final mark is surely positive, encouraging, and leaves space to enormous developing potential"
During the summer of 2018, the two manage to play a headliner gig in Maribor, Slovenia. They double this experience after a few months by touring the entire East Europe area with the Australian band MASSIVE in support to their new album.
In February 2019, exactly 1 year after the debut album, they publish a video cover of the song "The Way You Used To Do" by QOTSA, another band that inspired the two.
They aim to express themselves in their best way, having as much fun as possible with their fanbase whilst still leaving space to curiosity. The goal is to travel, grow, improve, and learn on the road.
