A prolific singer/songwriter, film composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, and the frontman/founder of popular Midwest folk-rock outfit <a href="spotify:artist:6Qm9stX6XO1a4c7BXQDDgc">the Fruit Bats</a>, Chicago native Eric D. Johnson, who also records under the moniker <a href="spotify:artist:0DgxDRnCgPm7g4VAM2L8pS">EDJ</a>, has proven himself to be a versatile and unpredictable artist since emerging in the late '90s. In 2010 he issued his first film score with the romantic comedy Ceremony.
