Escape The Elements are a heavy rock band from London, United Kingdom. Made up of three friends from different parts of the country who met at Bournemouth University in 2014. Drummer/producer Joseph Cortes and lead guitarist/vocalist Bobby Steere lived together throughout their time at uni, writing and recording music for years but never releasing anything out into the world together. The two tried to form a band with good friend and bassist Matt Hucks during their time at uni, but it wasn’t until 2019 when the three friends moved in together in London, that the band was finally formed and the trio began writing music together.
