Multi-faceted singer/songwriter, Estani Frizzell, better known as Estani, is a dynamic artist whose musical journey spans multiple genres, each representing a unique chapter of her artistic evolution. Her fluidity of verse & flexibility of style makes for a smooth transition through musical boundaries, writing catchy hooks & melodies for a variety of sonic &lyrical tastes ranging from latin jazz, Neo soul, Conjunto, & other latin genres.
Her latest single, “Mi Suerte Ha Cambiado” off her album “Tu De Mi Te Acordarás” is a testament to this evolution, showcasing her ability to authentically convey the sound, soul, and richness of South Texas Conjunto music through word and song of her grandmother while maintaining a sincere voice to the rich tapestry of the South TX Sound.
Estani has earned 3 nominations from the HMMA Awards for Best Adult Contemporary Song, best Pop/Latin, and Best Latin
Traditional. Her smooth jazz song, “Fire and Ice” won for best Jazz/R&B song by the MusicCity Song Star contest. Estani’s video for her song, “Droughts in the Ocean” earned her 1st nomination for best music video in 2021 by the Montreal Indie Film Fest and her 2nd single, “Tell Me Why” earned her another
1st nomination for Best Music Video in 2022 by the LA Indie Women Film Awards. Estani has recently earned her
1st Official 2024 Selection for her bolero, Jamás, by Women in Film/TV Austin as well as winning the 2025 HIMA award for Best Latin Tradition Song with "Mi Suerte Ha Cambiado."
